My name is C. Ayers and I am new to your program (hello). I am writing this letter of Outstanding Customer Service and Support on behalf of your employee Lonnada Green. I have been working with Lonnada for the past two weeks now, and her Diligence, Kind and Friendly Customer Service Skills, Product Knowledge, Patience and Reassurance has gone over and above the call of duty.
I was very skeptical about entering into the program, and have been emailing Lonnada daily with questions for I have heard so many stories from both an Attorney, family, friends, and creditors which were negative, I was ready to opt out of the program. Lonnada has been there for me for every question, and concern that I have had.
Her patience is far beyond belief. Without her I don't know if I could continue with this program.

She seems to truly believe in your company and want to help people in desperate debt situations. His honesty convinced us immediately
We were approached by no less than 6-7 different companies and received several emails and voice mails from all. After speaking once to Mr. Reggie E. T we were very impressed. He expressed sincere interest in our problems and his honesty convinced us immediately to look further into your program. I accidentally lost his return phone number and even though Reggie was the only one who did not harass us several times a day like the other companies we waited patiently for his email because we were so impressed with his honest approach to helping us. I wish I had recordings of the other voice mails we received that we could immediately tell were so scripted and some brought up the old "car salesman" image in our minds, they might have had the greatest company behind them but they were an immediate turn off and we could see right through their insincere race to "get us" to sign on with them.Luckily we finally located Reggie and as in our initial call he was so personable and patient with explaining the process to us.
I am currently on permanent disability and am seriously ill but prior to this I ran a 300 person call center for a division of General Motors and EDS in their banking division so I know a good customer support person when I speak with them. Unfortunately due to my serious illness I have become bedridden and somewhat slow in understanding and processing information which is very embarrassing for me to accept. Reggie stepped up to the plate as soon as I shared my problem and was more than kind and patient. I was so grateful at his sensitivity to my requests for him to re explain certain program options when I am sure he could have been making better use of his time.
Our debt was not very large but Reggie still treated us like we were his most important clients and you could tell he had genuine pride in his company and knew its background information enough to answer everyone of my questions on the spot.
He again was very patient as I had to take notes for my husband and I now write very slow which I know irritates me so I know it can irritate the average person relaying information to me and sometimes having to repeat it but Reggie encouraged me to "take my time" every time. It was such a great experience I felt it warranted an acknowledgement to your team. Please insure this makes its way to Reggie's direct report please. Ramon and I look forward to doing business with your company.

I wanted to say Thank you so much for your helping me clear up and resolve my credit card and other outstanding debt. Your help saved me untold amounts of money in additional interest and late fees, easily adding up to over $16,000. Your staff was friendly and helpful and settled my credit card debt for less than I thought possible. Resolving and paying the settlements, that CAG negotiated on my behalf was easy and fast. I am impressed! CAG
impressed with your or the CAG Program. Believe me, I have been
searching, going through, comparing, and more or less analysing many
other "Debt Settlement" programs. I have to tell you, Brian, by
far your or the CAG Program is the absolute "superior program" in my
book.
As far as the total amount of debt goes, I/we have a combined total of
$28,400 (closest estimate), and the debt is mixed with credit cards,
two with an attorney (the same one), and the balance with collection
agencies threatening to turn us over to attorneys soon. So, that's
pretty much it.
I do have a question in reference to your or the CAG program's
"settlement team". Are they "certified" arbitrators, attorneys, or
other? If other, what are the required qualitications of each one? As
far as the CAG, is it a member of any "professional organization" or
BBB, etc.?

matters". I/we look forward to your soon reply, and the "kit" you
mentioned on the phone today, as well as your "quote" on our debt to

Credit Alliance Group or CreditAllianceGroup as it is usually written in the emails is a great company!!! They have the kindest staff and they are always there when we need them. I am still in a program with them, but I wanted to shout out to everyone, and let you know that Credit Alliance Group is the best in the debt management company in Dallas! They have stopped all the harrassment calls from my creditors. I was about to go crazy because of those calls; what does the giant $$ houses think when someone is downsized and their mortgage is going through the roof? Thank you Credit Alliance Group for helping me get out from under all this mees that I brought on myself. Take a moment and look at what they can do for you; it's a quick call and they ask a few questions then they send you the information via email and you have the ball in your court at that point.
